About Doug

As the Chief Coach at Always Be Leadership, I help individuals and organizations achieve their full potential by providing coaching, mentoring, and consulting services in the fields of leadership development, program management, and strategy. I leverage my extensive knowledge and experience from a diverse and successful career spanning nearly 40 years in the military, hardware, and finance sectors, where I held various senior-level positions and led multiple teams and projects.

I also serve as an Advisory Board Member at SambaNova Systems and Skylark Labs, two leading companies in the artificial intelligence industry, where I assist them with their AI and machine learning efforts, especially in the national defense arena and intelligence applications. I am passionate about advancing the use and adoption of AI for the benefit of society and national security, and I have a proven history of delivering innovative and impactful solutions in this domain. I am a Doctoral candidate for an Education degree in Organizational Leadership; I have a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and multiple certifications and awards in technology and leadership.
