About Caroline

Caroline Drakeley provides leadership coaching at Always Be Leadership. Currently, she consults with small business leaders and entrepreneurs on strategically marketing their companies, as well as themselves, in the business world. Through one-on-one sessions, she guides the leaders through individualized company marketing plans and personal professional plans to find their unique positions in the marketplace.

After years in the marketing, public relations, and media industries, Caroline transitioned into an entrepreneur capacity and founded, built, and sold a multi-million dollar technical and marketing communication agency after 12 years, called InfoPros. Caroline then obtained her doctorate in Organizational Studies with an emphasis in leadership in 2018 from Wright State University. In addition, Caroline holds an MBA from California State University, Sacramento, where she has also taught Executive MBA classes.
